Service status

This is where we post outages. It is hosted separately from ExamFlow itself, on different infrastructure, so that it still loads when the service does not.

As of 4 November 2026 No outage has been reported.

This page is written by hand, not generated from a monitor. An empty page means nothing has been posted — it is not a live confirmation that the service is running. If ExamFlow is not working for you and nothing appears here, assume the problem is real and tell us.

If ExamFlow is down, the examination does not stop

This is what our Service Description tells every practice to do, and it is worth reading before you need it.

  1. Complete the examination on paper. Keep a stack of blank MCSA-5875 and MCSA-5876 forms in a drawer. You cannot download them from a system that is down.
  2. The examiner decides and signs, exactly as on screen. A paper examination is a valid examination.
  3. The driver leaves with the paper certificate.
  4. Enter it when the service is back, dated as it was performed — not the day you typed it in. The certificate's expiry is calculated from the examination date, so the date you enter decides how long the driver's card lasts.
  5. Watch the Registry clock. The deadline for reporting to the National Registry runs from the examination itself, not from when the service came back.

What we do and do not promise

We aim for high availability and we publish outages here. On the plans currently offered there is no guaranteed uptime commitment and no service credits, which is stated plainly in our Terms of Service rather than buried in them.

That is exactly why step 1 above matters. A practice with a driver in the room and no paper fallback is a practice that has made our outage into its emergency, and no contractual promise from us would get that driver certified any faster.

Telling us about a problem

Email examflow@idoneasystems.com. Tell us what you were doing and roughly when. If you can reach this page but not ExamFlow, say so — that is a useful thing for us to know.
